María Luque is a serial entrepreneur specialised in creating markets for frontier technologies before they exist.
She builds alliances between governments, industry, capital and innovation to turn emerging technologies into strategic capabilities, markets and investment opportunities.
Over the past decade she has driven pioneering initiatives in artificial intelligence, quantum technologies, space, defence and digital infrastructures across Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific.
She is currently Vice President of Innovation at AMETIC, leads Strategic Initiatives for the InterPlanetary Networking Special Interest Group (Internet Society), and advises various international and regional public-private innovation ecosystems.
We are not entering Southeast Asia because it is already important.
We are positioning ourselves because we believe it will become even more important.
